Had a lovely time! The hotel’s got this cool high-end vibe, and the lady at reception even walked us to our room. Such a nice touch! The communication was on point. they called us beforehand about dinner options since the restaurant is closed on Sundays. Just wished the room had a mini-fridge.

We stayed in the Alder Lodge, nice little seating area outside, perfect spot for morning coffee overlooking the golf course. The staff were top-notch, especially Lowena at breakfast, always had a smile on her face, made us feel right at home.

The junior suite was lovely and quiet, featuring a comfortable bed and a great shower, making for a restful stay. the lack of storage space for luggage and limited coat hangers were notable downsides. While I appreciated the friendly staff, it would have been helpful to have assistance with my bags. I recently spent two nights in a Deluxe Suite and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel was pristine, with modern and stylish decor throughout, and the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, which were not only clean but also offered a fantastic massage.

The Junior Suite provides a spacious setup and convenient amenities that make for a comfortable stay. A couple of nice touches include high ceilings and an inviting layout, creating an ideal retreat after a long day.

I encountered some issues during my stay. The glasses in the room were dirty, smeared with who knows what, and the bathroom countertop looked like it hadn’t seen a proper cleaning, with leftover soap from the last occupant. the breakfast situation felt disorganized. loads of staff but actual service was lacking, and the food when it finally arrived was decent, but I wouldn’t be rushing to book the breakfast-inclusive rate again.
